One capsule daily, preferably with meals. Do not give to children under eight-years of age. *If the child is able to swallow capsules, parents may choose to give them Healthy Trinity® capsules. Remember, always refrigerate, do not freeze or put in direct sunlight.

Healthy Trinity oil matrix capsules: Are formulated to be taken with a meal to enhance digestion, but may be taken at any time. Healthy Trinity should be taken with room temperature, filtered (non-chlorinated) water. Healthy Trinity powders: The powders should be mixed together in approximately 6 to 8 oz. of room temperature, filtered (unchlorinated) water. The powders are formulated to be taken approximately 20 - 30 minutes before meals to enhance digestion, but may be taken at any time.
